How to register to the school

The pre-registration procedure is now closed. You still may contact us for asynchronous virtual school or for possibility to assist to the theoritical sessions only

To pre-register, please send a CV and a short letter of motivation describing your activities to the following address: labex-primes-admin[@]ip2i.in2p3.fr before February 21 2023. The number of available places is limited to 70 participants.

If selected, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, no later than February 27, together with payment modalities in order to finalize your registration

Training costs

The registration cost includes all the courses, coffe breaks, lunches from Monday till Friday, dinner on Monday and Tuesday, and Gala dinner on Thursday.

Accommodation for 4 nights at Insa students residence can be make essentially in double rooms, a short number of single rooms will be available. Places are limited.

Academic: without accommodation: 450 euros, with 4 nights in double room:  550 euros or single room: 650 euros

Industrial: without accommodation: 700 euros, with 4 nights in single room only: 850 euros

For information: France Life Imaging fellowships are available for PhD students belonging to a french laboratory, if you would like to candidate, please send a submission letter explaining the reasons of your demand together with your pre-registration.

Moreover, we decided to grant the possibility for some people to virtually attend the school in an asynchronous manner. These virtual participants will not be permitted on-site participation but will have access to the recorded videos as well as the hands-on session material towards the end of the school. This will come at a reduced cost.

Abstract submission for posters

A poster session with buffet will be organised on Tuesday evening. If you wish to present your data and discuss them with the others participants and the speakers, please submit an abstract on the dedicated page after February 27
